By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that DastPilot, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") collects various categories of information as described herein. This includes but is not limited to: registration data (name, email, company, role), technical usage data (IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, session durations, feature interactions, page views), service-specific operational data (API specification metadata, scan configuration parameters, aggregated scan result summaries, endpoint count statistics, error logs, and diagnostic information), payment and billing information processed on our behalf by third-party processors, correspondence submitted through support channels, and any other information you voluntarily provide. We may also collect information from your use of the Service through automated means including cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, server logs, and similar tracking technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data deletion procedures. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service providers and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems or your information. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. If we learn of a security breach that may affect you, we will attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to your registered address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
