1. Information We Collect

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that DastPilot, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") collects various categories of information as described herein. This includes but is not limited to: registration data (name, email, company, role), technical usage data (IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, session durations, feature interactions, page views), service-specific operational data (API specification metadata, scan configuration parameters, aggregated scan result summaries, endpoint count statistics, error logs, and diagnostic information), payment and billing information processed on our behalf by third-party processors, correspondence submitted through support channels, and any other information you voluntarily provide. We may also collect information from your use of the Service through automated means including cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, server logs, and similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include the ongoing need to provide the Service and fulfill your requests; the need to comply with legal obligations; the advisability of retaining data in light of our legal position (such as in regard to statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations); and whether retention is needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or otherwise protect the Company. Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data deletion procedures. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to the terms herein.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service providers and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We and our third-party service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites and online services following your use of the Service. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory. We use cookies for authentication, security, preference storage, analytics, performance, and to personalize your experience. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. Others help us understand how users interact with the Service. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any modification, your sole recourse is to cease use of the Service and request deletion of your account as described herein. The date on which this policy was last modified is indicated at the top of the document.
